Dictatorship (Rules and Regulation) of Office Environment



Motivation and Appreciation is always the main factor of receiving immense results from Employees. Dictatorship is very important for office Environment at some place, but unnecessary Dictatorship for Employees will affect the productivity.

Sometimes, Manager making their decision very aggressively, may be their decision will work for the time been, but for the long-term they will lose the confidence and loyalty of the employees. Managers are the role model of the Departments, being a role model they have to be think wisely and with broadminded.

Healthy relationship between employees and employer is very necessary for the growth of the Organization Productively. Works with love, with Dedication, with punctuality, and with loyalty will always giving great results, rather than works in dictatorship Environment.

Office Environment is very important for every employee; Bad Environment gives employees the mental stress and for this reason employee will not give its total focus on work and eventually it’s also affects the company growth.

Dictatorship is the part of the Organization, to run organization without rules and regulation is not feasible. Good organization use Dictatorship in a political way, employee’s interest is always matter; we cannot force employees to stay in a circle of Dictatorship, but we can define rules and regulations in political way for employees. Therefore, before implement any rule; we have to understand the employee mentality.
