The Process of marketing never stops, to keep stay in market; big firms follow continuous Marketing Strategy. Companies spend huge amounts every year on marketing of products. Some Marketing strategies are based on temporary products, or some strategies based on continuous process.

Hidden Marketing is one the most unique Strategies of Marketing. There are many ways of marketing but I believe there are two ways more effective than others; first one is media and other one is people to people. Hidden marketing is slowest but very strength and cheaper strategy of marketing. In this strategy you cannot get the second chance to market your product. First Impression is determines your whole strategy. Before apply hidden marketing strategy in any products, it is necessary to first do your homework.    

Marketing is very important for any Brand, to keep in the customer’s minds. People thinking toward any products are generally same (Quality Product with Best Prices), No matter how many same products are in the market.

Market your Products with Intelligence.

Intelligence is very important in Hidden marketing strategy. Never try to impose your products on people. Just let them know about your products specialty and uniqueness but yes of course with intelligence; after all, your main prospective is to market products.

Greet People with confidence.

In Hidden Marketing Strategy, every single person is important in your business, if you lose one person’s confidence it means you lose 50-100 People business. So that, attitude towards every single person or customer is very important. If you cannot do so, it’s not possible to apply hidden marketing strategy in your product.

Treat the Customers with Friendliness

Market your products like a suggestion to friends. Don’t be like a company Representative. Treat your customers as a friend drive him into your path but never try to discourage them to their paths. Marketing your products with confidence and avoid condemn on other products.

But due to the Self-Centered Behavior of employees, organizations face negative impact of employees and for that reason Management adopts Diplomatic Methods for Employees according to their Behavior. Sometimes Strategies leave negative impact and sometimes positive impact on employees.
